Amazing experience

It was super clean! The host was nice and helped us out whenever we felt troubled or had a question. All the facilities worked and the rooms/bathrooms were extremely clean too. The pool, sauna and the jacuzzi were the best part of the house.

Overall, there is nothing that I didn't like about my stay. Just unfortunate that there isn't a washing machine, but other than that. Great!

Optical illusion

The location was great, easy to find and there were 3 parking spots available. We got the key at 16h00. Surrounding was calm and very peaceful, the housing is located near to many facilities, reachable by car in +/- 5 to 25 km. The beds were comfortable. The facility was well maintained and so was their indoor pool, library and board games.

We had high expectations, but unfortunately. Essential basics / welcome amenities were missing, bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, lounge sitting for max 8 people instead of the regular 11, soap for the dish washer, salt, sugar, a washing machine for our laundry, telephone network, not enough cups for our tea/ coffee (some were broken) and so on. We noticed that the isolation/ installations of the house prevented us from having mobile network ANYWHERE inside the house, which gave us a "bunker" feeling. Lucky that we all use smartphones so we could communicate via wi-fi. The check-in time being 17h00 and check-out time being 10h00 is unfair, especially if not all your facilities are working properly. We were contacted by the host, two days prior to our arrival that the jacuzzi would be out of service during our stay of 4 nights, due to floods, that had taken place 2 months earlier. This could have been prevented, as we contacted the property 2 weeks prior to our arrival to see if the property was impacted or not, they denied. So this really gave us an ambigious feeling. I could have chosen another property if I had known this, being the travel organisor of my family, I would have moved us elsewhere. We couldn't bring our domesticated bengal cat because of allergy precautions, even after we made a special request, seen the health reasons of our kitten. The look of the sleeping rooms was somewhere between old and new. The floors / walls of the bedrooms are very cracky and noisy. The guarantee deposit (1200€) takes about 14 days before being released by the owners, which is a little too long. We would find a rate of max €300 per night fairly reasonable. We paid around €560 per night for 5 adults and 5 kids + 1 baby.

Uitstekend verblijf

Het zwembad en bubbelbad waren super. Mooi uitzicht ook! Heerlijke bedden. Super schoon allemaal het hele huis. Fijne inrichting

Er zou wat meer glaswerk mogen zijn. Vooral gewone glazen voor water. Waterkan zou ook fijn zijn.

Fantastisch een aanrader

De omgeving, rustige mooie omgeving en 5 minuten met de auto al bij de winkels in Spa. De jacuzzi altijd lekker warm. Kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in in het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Het huis in 2 delen (oud en robuust mooi afgewerkte koele slaapkamers) en de moderne leefruimte van alle gemakken voorzien en een weids uitzicht op het balkon. Vanuit het huis dichtbij toeristische trekpleisters en natuur.

Le logement en soi (infrastructures, litterie, salles de bain, jacuzzi, cuisine, etc) est bien et conforme aux photos et à la description

Pour un prix aussi élevé, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas vraiment de service. - Papier toilette insuffisant - Pas d'essuie vaisselle, savon, éponges, essuie-tout, tablettes lave-vaisselle ... - On nous "fournit" des sacs poubelles... qui sont PAYANTS 10 EUROS le SAC et enlevés de la caution !!! C'est plus cher qu'un rouleau entier pour pas mal de régions en Belgique! - Machine à café sans filtres fournis, aucun condiment de base - Le dernier jour, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude donc personne n'a pu prendre une douche - !! Linge de lit et essuies ne sont pas fournis. (ce n'était pas une surprise, mais au vu de l'établissement qui se veut un peu "classe" c'est peut-être un élément à revoir) Sincèrement, un gros pot de sel, poivre, huile d'olive, sucre, tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelles, filtres à café, savon pour les mains dans les toilettes, café en poudre et quelques sachets de thé, ne sont pas un investissement faramineux pour le prix payé par les clients. Cela ne change pas grand chose pour les coûts à supporter par les prorpiétaires, sachant qu'ils ont plusieurs gîtes.. Faire 2 nuits dans un endroit où il faut déménager sa maison et penser au moindre détail ne rend pas l'expérience aussi plaisante que ça aurait dû

Luxe woning met prachtig uitzicht

Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren top! Prachtig uitzicht en gave bbq.

Hoewel aangegeven dat het niet beschikbaar was, zou het fijn zijn als zaken als theedoeken, peper, zout en allerlei allerhande schoonmaakmiddelen en benodigheden op voorraad zouden zijn. Dat breed beschikbaar hebben helpt ook om beter schoon te maken. Dit is overigens iets dat bij bijna alle woningen altijd een puntje is. Ohja en een extra spatel kan geen kwaad.
