The best 3br floor plan in Aqua with 2 beachfront masters, both with Gulf view! Both masters have a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom a bunk with full over queen the bathroom is right outside the bedroom for bedroom and guest use. Living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. All bedrooms and LR have flat screen TVs. Two blocks from Pier Park! A Walmart right in front!
*Aqua Resort charges $50 per vehicle for parking for your stay. You may purchase max 2 passes. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival.

My 84 year old mother, my sister and I stayed in 1702 for three days. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a short getaway but we had great time. The only thing I would add is maybe black out curtains in the bunk room. It was very light in the room at night. Thank goodness I had an eye mask in my suitcase! My sister thought the arms of the chairs in the living room looked a little dirty but I myself was not bothered. The beach view was beautiful and the host responded quickly to all questions.

We really enjoyed the stay. The unit was clean, in the listing the 3rd bed was supposed to be a queen which would have been perfect but instead it was apart of a bunk bed.

Very poor communication with the owner. We had issues with things in the condo. We called and sent many messages with no response for several days.
