Situated only a few streets back and short 400 metre stroll from YCW Beach, this elevated getaway delights immediately upon arrival onto its enormous, north facing, private, entertainment deck. This lovely home with its gorgeous styling and stunning tranquil gardens makes for the ultimate relaxing getaway.
Offering gentle views over a native landscape, guests will soak up the peace and tranquility offered within this natural environment with koalas, kookaburras and local wildlife also known to pay regular visits .
Simply stroll to the beach, wash off when you return in the outdoor shower and relax on the deck with a cold drink or a BBQ on the Webber-Q. In the colder winter months, enjoy the cosy wood fire (wood provided).
A well-appointed kitchen contains all the mod cons, including Dishwasher, Microwave, Espresso Machine and all you need to wine and dine with ease.
Featuring retro furnishings and fittings throughout, the living area contains a 50 LED tv and dvd player and unlimited Wifi, which also leads out onto the private deck, perfect for relaxing and entertaining on those balmy summer nights and comfy retro couches and a cosy wood fire box for the cooler ones. There are plenty of board games, DVD's, books and a telescope to keep all ages entertained.
This three bedroom property features queen beds in both the main and second bedroom and two single beds in the third. The main bedroom is also equipped with a LED tv and DVD player.
The laundry is equipped with a Smart Drive washing machine and the bathroom with vanity basin, shower and a separate toilet.
Ample parking is available, and free wifi is offered.
Linen is supplied for all bookings.

This holiday house was perfect for our family of 4, two adults and two teenagers. Location is key here as its walking distance to both YCW beach (5mins) and the patrolled Smiths beach & coffee shop (10mins). 10 mins drive to Cowes for supermarkets and restaurants. It is an older style holiday house, but very well equipped and comfortable furnishings. Has a very homely feel about it. From the moment we drove up the driveway we liked the look of the house, with the private front garden, lovely grassed rear yard, huge upstairs deck and fabulous outdoor shower area. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need for cooking utensils, and some basic staples such as oils, herbs/spices, napkins, salts pepper, bin bags etc provided. The air con worked great and cooled the whole house down if you left the bedroom doors open. Heaps of DVDs and board games provided to entertain kids. The outside deck was a great space and used every night. Awesome webber BBQ and nice couch and large dining setting to sit on and entertain. Great views of the hills from the deck and we even saw a few kangaroos up on the hills. A few minor things we didnt like was the small single bathroom. No fan and the shower cubicle was very small. But the outside shower made up for that as the teens enjoyed showering outside after the beach. Also would have been nice to have ceiling fans in bedrooms and also some wardrobe space in master and second double room. Overall it was great value for money and we would return. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely rustic little place, great spot and v close to smiths beach.
Not very clean reported to agent and on day 4 offered reclean service or $50 credit. We reluctantly took the credit as I had already cleaned place from top to bottom when we arrived.
Needs new aircon as needed much TLC to work effectively.
Great / cute decor and amazing deck.
Heaps of dvds, games, books etc.
Manuals or instructions on how to use aircon and other electrical equipment would be a big plus!
Note no wifi incase this is important to your family.
