Direct Waterfront Private Beach Escape

The house was great! Beautiful ocean front property with beachy vibes all throughout the neighborhood and interior of the home. The host was extremely clear on directions and provided amazing instructions. Very comfortable stay!

Overall we had a great time at the house! We spent most of our time on the massive deck overlooking the ocean. The private beach was much rockier / covered in shells than expected, probably due to recent weather, but the public beach is a very short walk away which was great! The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated having the K-Cups for coffee in the morning. Also appreciated the pack n play and baby gates that were supplied! We were a little disappointed in the size of the bedrooms / layout. The rooms upstairs converge on a VERY narrow landing which was stressful with toddlers, and then 2 of the bedrooms are actually connected by the small bathroom, which wasn't super clear in the photos. So whoever is staying in the large front bedroom would have to either use the bathroom downstairs or go through one of the other upstairs bedroom to use the bathroom. Not a deal breaker but we just weren't aware. The air conditioning is not really central, we weren't able to feel any cool air coming through upstairs and the front bedroom has no window unit - just a fan. So it was unfortunate that the room with the best view was the hottest to sleep in. We still had a great time and enjoyed our stay but there are a few things that I think can be made more clear in the listing and and I think an air conditioning unit in the front bedroom is needed.

Great little spot for a family! Private beach, quiet, everything you need for a beach getaway. Close to places to walk espeically with little ones! We will be back for sure!
