location and maintenance was good. warm person to take care and went out of the way to help
hot water was always a problem with central heater which we had tell an hour before. especially when we like to have multiple showers it was always a problem but the attendant ensured even if it did not come he would bring it himself finally but after wasting lot of time trying to get it by other means.

Food, hospitality and the ambience. We also appreciate the staff to have provided us a bon fire which was really a warm gesture.
The place could have been better maintained. The property had a beautiful pool, but was infested with insects, the bars and ladders for the rope activity were rusted and hence not accessible. There were cycles on the property but were not available for us to use as they needed repair. There were power issues with the geyser. The bench outside our cottage was also in a poor condition, hence not accessible again.
