Location close to what I needed to do in Caldas.
Seems like the new owners are letting the facilities go into disarray compared to my experience when it was called Campanile. Service is dry and not as friendly as before. Might consider a different location next time.

Good location , it’s clean and comfortable
It needs a mini fridge in the room , also a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Quiet location that you can easily travel by foot to tourist spots.
No control over room temperature, room was too hot.
The first day we left the do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff still went inside the room too make the beds and change a towel, also only one hand towel for 2 people.
Little to no information on how the hotel operates, did not indicate where the stairs were (cleaning staff did not know if we could use the stairs) they just said call 900 for the reception.
The window did not fully close, but I managed to fix it with a pocket screwdriver.
Mold around the window and drapes.
