Loved our stay and would love to come back!

The villa was fabulous. As a family of 4 it was so relaxing to have the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms plus a powder room. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic to sit relax and look out to the harbour. The villa is a short walk into the town where there are some wonderful restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Our host Gorana was very attentive and welcoming. Allowing us to check out at a later time to coincide with our ferry ride. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Fabulous spacious villa in excellent location with amazing views.

This a fabulous villa in a perfect location on Vis. It is spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool and views are fantastic and the outside area is large and extremely well appointed with a lovely dining table and seating area as well as plenty of sun beds. We hired 2 villas (Sapphire and Onix) next to each other as we were a large family group (adults) and it worked brilliantly.

We loved everything. The hill to the upper villas is quite steep. Not a problem at all for us but could be if you have mobility issues.

Next to the street. Few dishes and Cutlery for six persons. Some more things which were Not appropriate for a luxury Villa.

Terrible - would never visit again

The villa has the raw ingredients to be a great villa, it is just unfortunate that it is so badly managed.

Ants everywhere Mosquitos everywhere - far more than any other property Facilities advertised not working When issues raised the management agent first said she was “stressed” then became angry and abusive when they could not fix the issue. The most unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced. The agent said she “attacked her staff” then started verbally attacking me! The pool earth cable was also a trip hazard and not dug into the ground making it a safety issue. The villa could only also be accessed by a very steep ramp, anyone with small children or mobility issues would have real issues. Even without mobility issues it was a steep climb. Taxis would request 5 euros extra to pick-up at the top of the ramp. All in all I would not visit again - the main issue being the management agent.

Nightmare!!!!

BE CAREFUL, LISTEN MY VOICE AND DON'T LET THIS HOUSES FOR RENT. IT WASN'T HOLIDAY. IT WAS 10 DAYS OF NIGHTMARE. THERE ARE BIG HOUSES UNDER THE CONSTRUCTION REALLY CLOSE. WE COULDN'T SLEEP, TALK EACH OTHER, USE THE POOL AND REST OUTSIDE. THERE ARE MANY WORKERS, HEAVY CARS AND HUGE NOISE, DUST... WE TALK TO MANAGER AND SHE SAID: THEY SHOULDN'T WORK AT NIGHT. THAT'S IT. WE FEEL CHEATED AND REALLY SAD CAUSE THE OWNER KNOW ABOUT IT AND STILL RENT HOUSES FOR A FULL PRICE... BIG PRICE AND DON'T SAY ANYTHING. IT'S NOT FAIR. MY ADVICE IS: DONT LET BLUE VILLAS HOUSES UNTIL THEY WILL FINISH. IT'S 2025 IN MY OPINION. WE WERE ALMOST 1600 KM FROM HOME, WE PAID 4500€ FOR 10 DAYS AND THAT'S WHY WE HAD TO STAY. IF YOU DON"T BELIEVE SEND ME AND EMAIL. I HAVE PROOF. PHOTOS AND MOVIE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND TAKE CARE. [email protected]

how clean it was , the pool was always checked in morning. The host arranged picked up up from port always making sure if we needed anything to let them know. The beds was amazing. The view was wonderful loved it!

Vila was quickly build so can notice that not much character in building.Price could be better for 2 people you could get more customers and no empty Vila’s even out of season. We got only 3 days stay and problems was with heating pool pump constantly switched off fuses which disconnected everything in the House very unpleasant on Holiday.Cleaning need pay attention!! far a way from 4 star dirty floors,switches,taps.tables greasy, mirrors glasses,microwave.windows glass on stairs, outdoor shower not working properly.Cleaning ladies been cleaning another Vila very noisy we want to chilling they are constantly shouting on each another not professional 😩 We think Vila is nice on fantastic spot with good view but management need to work someone need to pay attention and check properly everything.We got 3 days stay no one bothered even ask if we need anything

Lokacija odlicna, nekoliko minuta hoda od centra mjesta. Kuca je nova, moderno opremljena, sve je jako cisto i uredno. Svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu. Jako velik bazen, cist, uredan, osoblje redovito u odrzavanju. Jako lijepe lezaljke i vanjski namjestaj. Pogled nevjerojatan, iz kuce se vidi cijeli zaljev. Privatni parking poprilicno velik odmah pored ulaza. Sigurno cemo se vratiti slijedece ljeto. Definitivno 10/10. Preporuka svima.

Savršen odmor, za svaku preporuku

Vis je stvarno prelijep, pogotovo male plaže i uvale koje svakako treba obići, a čak i u srpnju nigdje nije bila velika gužva. Villa je jako lijepo uređena sa svim potrebnim sadržajima, vrlo prostrana i čista. Vlasnica i osoblje su dostupni za svaki upit i pomoć i spremni su reagirati u vrlo kratkom roku. Svakako veliki plus i za lijepo održavan bazen s čistom i toplom vodom. Djeca su doslovno htjela spavati na bazenu i nigdje ne ići iz vile.
