About this house rental
This lovely, peaceful property is beautifully modern with Texas flair! The large home is 3500 sq ft. and situated on 5 acres of rolling wooded land. It features a split-level plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen/liv room and sleeps 9-10 comfortably. The owners live in the private house attached to the southside of the home. They have separate entrances/exits and keep to themselves to allow privacy for guests but are there in case of any needs.
There are many amenities to enjoy on the property:
Take a swim in the refreshing pool or enjoy a stroll to the barn and pond.
Kick back and enjoy a game or movie on the 85inch Sony with surround sound.

There is 1000 sq ft of covered porch, a grill, fire pit and a large pool. It’s ideal for families, couples and special gatherings!

My husband and I rented this house for a few days during the week of our wedding! It was a great place for our bridal party and family to be together and we were even able to host a small welcome dinner/dinner rehearsal! There was more than enough space for everyone and was located so close to our venue and Denton! We enjoyed our stay so much!!
