Our newly renovated and furnished, ground level condo is perfect for family and friends seeking the world class fly fishing, skiing, golfing, hiking, and biking offered by the Vail Valley as well as the rest and relaxation of a glass of wine on a secluded, river front patio. Unique amenities include a 1 min walk to a mile of private fishing access on the Eagle River, a short drive to Beaver Creek and Vail skiing, and a 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery store, and other Edwards River Walk shops.

Check in was very easy and appliances are very new and efficient. We loved outdoor patio. Well furnished. Communication with the owner was easy. Only problem we had was a dinning table and chairs, which were too high and not steady enough. We recommend this condo full heartedly.

The location was extremely convenient. Just a couple miles to Arrowhead and walking distance to Riverwalk for groceries, restaurants, and shops. We plan to rent again.

We visited our son and his family for our grandson’s birthday. The condo was perfect. It was very well stocked with everything thing. There was a bike in the storage area!. Very close to walking paths and shopping. We travel to Edwards several times a year and this condo was the best we have stayed at and if available will stay here again. Travis was very responsive to any concerns we had
