About this bed and breakfast
Cute-as-a-bugs ear West Annapolis guest cottage. In settled neighborhood just 1.5 miles from the Navy Stadium and less than 2 miles from Academy's Gate 8.
Park 10 feet from your front door. There's only 1 step to enter. No stairs to negotiate while carrying luggage! Parking's plentiful.
15 minute walk to the Weems Creek drawbridge with scenic, serene waterviews. A few more minutes and you're at the charming boutiques of West Annapolis and local coffee shop Bean Rush Cafe.
The space:
Cottage features a bedroom/sitting room, kitchen/dining area and bathroom with shower.
High-speed internet, 42" flat screenTV with fios cable. Kitchen equipped with two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, and microwave.
Stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
Attached deck with wrought iron patio table and umbrella.
NOTE: The house is located next to Route 50. There is a sound wall but you will hear moderate road noise inside and more outside. Cottage is equipped with a soothing spa sound machine and free earplugs for nighttime silence.
Guest access:
Entire cottage and yard. There is a fire pit in the backyard and firewood available on site.
Other things to note:
There is a Calico kittie you may see out and about. She's quiet, shy and won't bother you but, if you can get close to her, likes to be petted. She does not enter the Guest House.

This space was perfect for our extended weekend in the Baltimore area. Ann’s property was in the perfect location to offer a quiet respite outside of Baltimore while still being close enough to make regular trips into the city. The binder with suggestions for local dining in/around Annapolis provided several nights of amazing meals. We would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Annapolis.

My wife and I were in town for a 25th reunion at USNA. This was a perfect location for us to relax between events and come rest at nights. Great location, easy to get to. Perfect for a a quick get away to Annapolis MD.

Ann's cottage was perfect for our visit to Annapolis! We came to town to visit our son who lives nearby. Two adult children stayed with him; we stayed at Calico Cottage, but our family made use of the fire pit Friday evening and enjoyed the proximity of the cottage to Annapolis and our son's apartment. Ann was easy to communicate with. Would stay again!
