Közel a belváros, pékség, étterem, kávézó, gyógyszertást kisbolt pár perc sétára van. Közel a Dunapart és a piac. 2 főnek egy kisbabával nagyon tágas, kényelmes volt. A bejelentkezés és a kijelentkezés is könnyen ment, személyesen nem is kellett találkozni a tulajjal.
A fotókon szebb állapotban van a kert és egy kicsit az épület is, mint valójában. A kihajtás-parkolás macerás, nyitott ablaknál nagyon behallatszik az autózaj (ez valószínű Ráckeve belvárosi részén majdnem minden házról elmondható, mert szűkek az utcák). Egy kávéfőző praktikus lenne.

Alles war in Ordnung, ich kann es nur empfehlen.
Wegen des Verkehrs ist es schwierig, mit dem Auto einzuparken. Eine Ampel wäre hilfreich, um zu sehen, ob gerade jemand ein- oder ausfährt. Ein wenig gesundheitsschonende Renovierung (z. B. ein frischer Anstrich) würde ebenfalls gut tun.
