Perfecta ubicación en el SOHO

Vicino alla stazione è il centro..la struttura è ampia quanto basta!è dotato di frigo lavastoviglie lavatrice microonde c’è tutto praticamente! Self check in molto comodo…indicazioni precise…nessun intoppo

L’unica pecca c’era un brutto odore sia nel entrata del palazzo ma soprattutto nel bagno era insopportabile essendo senza finestre …questione delle tubature penso che non dipende dal proprietario ,ma questo è un bel problema!

Very good value for money. Very close to city centre. All facilities needed for 2 persons. Very clean and well maintained building. Good communication and email sent a week before arrival explains everything in details. Hot water and bathroom/shower are very good.

Bedroom needs more heating. (I asked for an extra duvet and it was sent immediately). Towels change only if you stay for more than one week otherwise you pay extra 5 euros. (I have been told that however the room service lady was very kind and brought up more towels the following day on personal request). A bigger sofa will be great (just a suggestion). 2 things the owner can't help it.. During my stay there was a very noisy work in a nearby flat workers cutting stone or marble. You can't sleep a minute beyond 8am. Also there was a very noisy dog in the building non stop barking 😢

The location was excellent for me, not too far from stations and city centre. It was very clean on arrival and everything sort of worked. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Not enough utensils like tea towel and very little plates & cutlery. Dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine provided, but no consumables for them. Mattress was too big for the bed frame. Bed was great for one but uncertain if the same for two people.

La ubicación

El alojamiento estaba sucio. No había calefacción en la habitación y estaba muy fría. Nos dejaron un edredón nórdico pero hubiera estado bien disponer de alguna manta adicional. El menaje de cocina era un poco escaso,, 2 de cada cosa (cucharillas, cuchillos, tazas de desayuno).
