About this house rental
Our sweet cottage has 2 bedrooms and one bath. The home has been newly updated and ready for your summer vacation. Our home has a large open sun room that looks over the spacious yard and brick patio. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has one set of bunk beds, and one twin bed. The house has an open den with a twin daybed. The bathroom has been newly updated with a new shower.
The huge yard is perfect for family games and outdoor gatherings. Outdoor furniture, a patio set and a grill make for great evenings.
Madison is a picturesque New England beach town. You can walk to town to enjoy the shopping, restaurants or movie theater. There are three town beaches that require passes and Hammonassett State park is less than 2 miles away. Hammonasset Beach State Park is a public recreation area occupying two miles of beach front on Long Island Sound. It is the state's largest shoreline park and one of the most popular attractions in the state, drawing an estimated one million visitors annually. The beautiful Shoreline Greenway trail winds near the house and into the State park.

Wonderful stay at the cottage! We enjoyed the house and great big yard and patio the most. Perfect stay when visiting family and friends. Close to beach and town. We will be back.

What a great property! Floor plan offers flexibility and more room than you might expect. In addition to tasteful decor, the thoughtful host has clearly made an effort to anticipate your needs. Don't rule out because of only one bathroom, it is very spacious. We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years, this one was by far the most immaculate. Thanks so much - hope to stay again!
