Location, homely feel of the house, coffee provided appreciated, lots of cookware etc
Bit of a cockroach issue couple of times encountered downstairs during night could use pest spray, fans dusty appreciate they are high in living area but bub has allergies so I wasn't ok turning them on. Main shower looked like needed glass clean perhaps time limited between visits
Prob no choice to get the lovely view its going to come with hills but the walk up and down to beach not an option with bub and for my age, we drove even though short walk. Found we didn't use the beach as much as we would have if access easier couldn't easily just head home etc but thats not a criticism just something I'd have to consider for next time I book somewhere

rumpus room downstairs, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, amazing views and expansive deck
No air con which on humid days with no breeze would be great.No shade on deck which is a shame as it is an amazing deck with fantastic views.

The bedroom downstairs has not cleaned properly.
