The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Mardi Gras. Although located on a somewhat busy street, it was not an issue.
The apartment was nice. It could use some updates of the furniture, appliances, bathtub, and tv with better channel/streaming options. The tv remotes were difficult to operate (need new ones) and the batteries were dead.

Great location, clean building, good parking.
The mattress was a little soft for my preference but that’s because I’m old and I had to have something to put in this space

It’s clean and good size for a family
The area is peaceful and it’s 2 mins away from Publix I love it.
It’s the smell there’s a little smell but the good thing is we brought some air fresheners and it was a little musky but overall it’s good.

Rugs & sofa cushions need deep cleaning. Could use some caulking & painting
