Huge parking area, 2x big rooms, located on ground floor

Huge parking area, big rooms, 1x double bed and 2x single beds, located on ground floor (no need to climb up stairs with many big luggage)

Only 1x toilet, shower area water stucked (used the suction provided but not working), shower pressure was low, floor where WC is located has no hole so can't wash the floor after shower (felt disgusted), no refill on toilet rolls after the 2x rolls given for 5 nights of stay, blinds on master room can't close (faulty).

Wonderful place

It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, I would recommend this apartment and happily use it again.

Honestly, the only issue I found was that you could hear things in the hallway very easily.

Pleasant

Free parking available, although on occasion there were not enough spaces. Had most things we needed as a base location. Easy access to shops.

Dirty bed linen (make up, hair and brown stains on pillows). No bread knife. Not enough seating for our party of four. Had to clean the surfaces in the bedrooms before using due to hair. Shower drain was blocked so feet had a bath everytime anyone showered. Not enough cutlery or mugs.

what really made a difference to this stay was the excellent service from the hosts - super helpful and nothing was too

clean, comfortable, spacious bedrooms, plenty of good quality towels, and good location

good location apartment for 2-3 days

Location was good. House was warm. it had all basic facilities. also Wifi was quite good. Place close to town centre and still quiet at night to stay.

couple of things need change. Batroom does not have any lock. when 2 people stay, its not good :-). also it was not easy to understand the boiler and heater working, a small picture based instructions would help. beds were smaller version of double beds. not easy for 2 to sleep comfortably

The location is fine when you finally get there. The post code is not definitive.

Filthy oven, blocked shower drain, general cleanliness. The bed slats missing and my wife sat on the edge and the bed collapsed. The fittings for the slats were in the bedroom drawer so someone knew they had been broken. These things were brought to the attention of the host. The first was the shower drain blocked to the extent that the shower was going to over flow. We bought drain cleaner and left the rest of the bottle. The oven was unusable for us so we would have been as well staying in a cheap hotel . The host was informed and told us they had someone coming to clean them so they were already aware. If they take a £250.00 deposit you would expect these things to be fixed when found not wait till enough people complain then maybe sort them out. We hoped the host would reimburse for the drain cleaner but no they didnt. Not a big deal but considering we had to contact them several times it would have been the right thing to do.

Loughborough flat.

The flat was spacious and was on the ground floor so useful for my elderly mother. The bedrooms were a good size, and good sized shower. We were short of mugs and these were dropped round promptly when requested. Also had a small problem with one of the shower heads which again was quickly resolved with minimum fuss. The flat is in a fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 2 minutes walk from the nearest pub. I considered that the accommodation was good value for money and I would stay in the same building if there was a different flat available.

The decor is a bit tired ,items have clearly been removed from some walls and the rooms would benefit from a coat of paint. The cleaning was poor in the kitchen as the hob was dirty and the chair had not been moved so there was mess on the floor. It would have helpful to have been reminded of the postal address of the property on the check in information, as the post code did not help in locating the building. My major dislike is that the lounge/ kitchen area is interior to the building. I personally do not like the lack of a window and fresh air and for this reason would not stay here again.

Mooie en nette slaapkamers, goede en fijne badkamer

Huiskamer/keuken donker. Er was geen raam. Maar ik heb ook boven een ander appartement gezien en die lag net omgedraaid daar was het wel licht. Gehorig.
