Hier passt alles: Ruhe, Raumgröße für zwei, Sonnenterrasse und Strandkorb zur exklusiven Nutzung, komplette Wohnungsausstattung. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Zentrum und Meer und das sogar zu Fuß. Da steht schönen Tagen an der Ostsee nix entgegen!

Sehr ruhige Lage, ausgesprochen gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung über zwei Etagen, schöne Terrasse mit Windschutz, Frühstücks-Platz u. Strandkorb. PKW parkt vor der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Wem es nichts ausmacht, etwas entfernter zu wohnen, um die Promenade zu erreichen, perfekt! Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Leider fehlte es mir persönlich an Ablageflächen im Bad. In der kleinen Küchenzeile fehlt eindeutig eine Möglichkeit etwas aufzubacken oder zu erwärmen. Für uns war allerdings sehr ungewöhnlich, dass alles völlig kontaktlos geklärt wurde, obwohl der Gastgeber im selben Haus, separiert von der FW, lebte. Es war etwas mühselig, alles per SMS zu fragen oder zu klären. Das kenne ich von keiner anderen Unterkunft, es sei denn, Vermieter leben woanders.

Kühlungsborn sind viele Kilometer Strand, viele Restaurants, Hotels, Eiscafés... Jede:r kann finden, was er möchte. Aber im Urlaub ziehen sich manche (auch wir!) ab und an zurück um am Abend zu lesen... Dafür bietet diese Wohnung sehr viel. Wunderschöne Terasse, nicht einsehbar..., schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr ruhig. (Weder die Molli (Dampflok) noch die Kinder haben gestört... Zu Fuß oder per Rad ist man schnell an den Stränden oder an den anderen Hotspots. Und in dieser Wohnung hat man eine tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert...
