LOCATION!! VIEWS!! NEWLY REMODELED!!
Our lavish studio apartment is newly remodeled and perfectly located at the cross section of everything that is fun in San Diego. It has breathless views of San Diego Bay and is a short walk (8 minutes, .4 miles) to Middletown trolley station providing quick access to convention center, airport, downtown, Balboa Park, Sea World, Zoo, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, Mexico Border and all the other fun happenings in San Diego.
Our studio includes a quenn bed with an ultra comfy memory foam mattress, as well as a couch that pulls into a bed (54" wide). It's perfect for one couple or two couples on a budget and/or a family of three or four people. ALL the furniture and appliances are brand new, as well as all flooring, tile, and granite countertops.
We provide FREE internet and FREE YouTube TV via ROKU. If you're not familiar with YouTube TV it's like cable but an online streaming service that lets you stream live & local sports, news, shows from 70+ channels including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, HGTV, TNT, and more.
GETTING AROUND
The studio is on a peaceful street in a great neighborhood, yet just 5 minutes to the heart of downtown and all the action, you couldn't stay in a more ideal location. You can walk to many of San Diego's top attractions, and drive to the rest in just 10-15 minutes!
The house is conveniently located 2 short blocks (over the bridge) to the Middleton Trolley Stop (Green Line) which gives quick access to convention center, downtown, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, and Mexico Border. We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer.
Within 10-15 minute walk to:
- Waterfront Park
- Little Italy (quaint shopping and dining, just blocks away)
- Mission Hills shopping district
- Banker's Hill (cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops)
- San Diego Harbor
Within 5-10 minute drive of:

While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will may occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30 am and 10:30 pm. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the downtown San Diego area may not be the right choice.

Went to San Diego for my 40th birthday. We loved this place! Close to so many things and very convenient to be that close to the airport. The place was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Only downside was the water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower. The hosts were responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to San Diego!

The place was awesome. Every thing was perfect. The bed was what would call snuggle perfect. I slept great. The view out the window was a 180 degree of downtown, the bay, and out towards Point Loma. Excellent instructions for check in and check out. I could not have enjoyed a place more. I highly recommend it.

Great location, parking is not that great. Mattress need to be change since you get sunken in the middle of it. Seems like it turns into a v shaped. Close to the airport, many restaurants and tourists areas. Airplane noise is not that bad. TV got disconnected from the wireless connection and I wasn’t able to get it reconnected even with instructions from the host. Our 3 month old daughter slept well in the sofa bed. Checkout is at 10am so plan accordingly.
