The location and amenities
The lounge was dirty and ants on the floor, the back bunks rooms were really smelly, and there was cockroaches inside the kitchen draws.

Lovely little cottage. The view and access to the basin is the best feature. Table extends to fit more people which i only discovered on day two. Nice selection of stainless steel pots and only one 20cm pan.
When I booked it listed internet under facilities but this place does not have wifi . Staff were responsive but alas we had to hotspot to get some uni things done. It was very windy on one of the nights and I couldn’t sleep as the awning or something was banging on the roof. Hairdryer was sticky. Fridge did not seem cold. Milk frother doesn’t work. Small tv.
