During flash flood in Fuzhou, the ceiling was leaking and water covered partial of the floor, bad experience, staff lack of training, paid for the fees to airport CNY 180 x 2 , total CNY 360 but failed to send us to airport, no follow up, let us take a taxi after that. Manager on duty didn’t notice the weakness, appear late even the ceiling was leaking, restaurant also affected.
