Location location location. The apartment is very close to the beach and is within walking distance. Also, the apartment is in walking distance to the restaurants , bars,retail and grocery stores. Quick response by the staff with apartment issues.

EL ANFITRION NO FUE CLARO CON LO DE LAS MASCOTAS Y A LA VEZ HIZO UN RECLAMO QUE A NUESTRO PARECER FUE INJUSTO NO CONSIDERANDO QUE UNO ANDA CON NIÑOS PEQUEÑOS (ORINA EN UNA ALMOHADA, QUE SE RESUELVE LAVANDOLA Y PONIENDOLA A SECAR AL SOL).

La tranquilidad, limpieza y el personal de planta muy amable.

Difícil comunicación con el anfitrión a mi llegada.

Very comfortable. Spacious living room and bedrooms, and plenty of beds. Everything looked in good conditions. The place is very safe. I loved that it is gated and with a security guard. Very close to the beach - you can walk it. If you don’t want to cook, there are good restaurants in less than a mile.

They should work with the electrical system in the apartment. It seems too weak to effectively power all the appliances and lights. Just using the microwave for two minutes was a nightmare, the entire electricity failed and we had a black-out. I let the staff know about it and they brought us another microwave, but the problem continued. Then we realized the only way to use the the micro was turning off the AC, the water heater and other appliances. If you are one of those that don’t like to stop your workout routine when vacationing, it is good you know that in my recent visit in 11/23, there was only one treadmill and was broken; it seems it had been like that for months and they did not care. Please also know that they will not let you use your own music at the pool, even if you are the only people in there. You’ll have to listen the music of the staff preference, not yours.
