Sehr gute und umfassende Erläuterungen zum Mietobjekt und Empfehlungen für die Gäste. Gepflegte Anlage, gutes Sicherheitsgefühl, modernes Bad, gute Matratzen, praktische Ausstattung inkl. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine, geräumige helle Terrasse mit Meerblick bietet auch ausreichend Sonnenschutz, gute Lage sowohl für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, als auch zu Fuß zum Strand oder zu den örtlichen Restaurants und Bars.
Die Hauptstraße vorm Grundstück ist tagsüber etwas laut, aber nachts ist es doch relativ ruhig. Die (externe) Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung verkraften. Auch die Bratpfannen waren etwas „klebrig“ und mussten vor der ersten Benutzung nochmal gründlich von uns gereinigt werden, was sicherlich auf ein Versäumnis unserer Vormieter zurückzuführen ist und nicht zu Lasten des Vermieters geht.

La proximité de la route nationale ça roule nuit et jour très très bruyant ! Insupportable en journée pour manger sur la pourtant très belle terrasse C’est dommage
