The Kiebitz is located on the upper floor of the vacation home and, at 33 m², is ideal for two people. In addition to a cozy, light-filled living, kitchen, and dining area, it features a bedroom and a bathroom. Thanks to the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area, the “Kiebitz” is also perfectly suited for three people.

“Lieblingsnest” - Vacation Apartments at the Katinger Watt
The Lieblingsnest is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the town of Kating on the North Sea peninsula of Eiderstedt, not far from the Katinger Watt nature and bird sanctuary, the romantic harbor town of Tönning, and the North Sea beach hotspot St. Peter-Ording. The bird diversity of this special region, the Katinger Watt, inspired the name “Lieblingsnest” and its vacation apartments.
Kating itself is a small town popular with both locals and vacationers. The town, with its two playgrounds, is easy to explore on foot. For a light or hearty meal, I recommend the Pernörhof, which is only about 800 meters from the “Lieblingsnest.”
The “Lieblingsnest” consists of three vacation apartments—the Black-headed Gull, the Oystercatcher, and the Lapwing.



On-site costs: A laundry package can be booked upon request for a fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
