Accommodation description:
In the middle of the mountains you will find Haus Fabian. A place where you get the real Austrian feeling, beautiful views over the mountain peaks and thus the opportunity to enjoy all the activities these mountains bring in both summer and winter. After an active day outside, enjoy a drink on the balcony, where you can sit comfortably in both summer and winter
Several skiing areas can be reached in a few minutes by car, also the family skiing area of Kelchsau is very close
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
