It was a lovely villa with all facilities close to everything beds very comfortable

整體都很棒 乾淨 空間大
8個人住算剛好 我們只有四個行李
都放榻榻米那一間
榻榻米這一間睡兩個人
附近超市開車近 採買方便
廚房用品齊全，自己買個調味料就可以了
停車位有兩個很讚
二樓陽台可以看到富士山 很美 😊
租車點和便利商店走路就可到 超近 約2分鐘
住宿處走到河口湖車站約7-8分鐘
所以我租車就不用租太大台
大家把行李拉去車站就好 很棒！
如果有長輩行動不便的話，二樓要爬階梯可能要考慮一下。

有一間房冷氣對著床吹
雖然可調風向 覺得還是會吹到
後來就乾脆睡二樓鋪墊子 搞定
另一間也是 結果就頭尾對調睡覺 也行😅

The location was excellent. It was very near 7-11 and Toyota Car Rental. The property was clean, spacious and modern. The parking was very near the property. Lastly, the view of Mt. Fuji from the living area was a real treat.
Nothing with the property but with the road leading to it. There were no signs from the main road and the road leading to the property was quite hidden and narrow. Good thing I knew what the property looked like so we were able to back track and do a U-turn at 7-11. It would be best if the host provided a map leading to the property.

Big and spacious, near the station
For a relatively new development the upkeep and cleanliness were lacking. There were multiple stains on the wallpaper in one of the rooms and specks on the bedlinen. There was also a sewage smell in one of the toilets. The floors also looked like they had not been thoroughly cleaned in some of the rooms.
