Nice place, right on the beach with a beautiful view, and that’s what we came for, not to spend time inside. My only complaint would be that we were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, and 2 trash bags for 9 people staying 5 days. We bought a lot of stuff and left it behind.

Overall location was great. Easy walk to ocean. Great. Great balcony.
Condo was “worn”. Kitchen cabinets were old and some falling apart. Pull out couch was unusable mattress was unusable. Slept on couch not pull out.
Needs to be cleaned up under building. Junk there. Someone parked a Chevy Vet there all week. Made pulling in and out nerve wracking. In many many days construction trunks were there. Parking was a mess. Sorry. Overall nice place but needed upgrading.
