Great location. The basement flat stayed naturally cool. The bed was so very comfortable. The decor cheerful and quirky as advertised.

It was clean to the standards of ordinary personal living but not company ready. A quick washing of the rugs, decorative pillow coverings and a good dusting would restore the ‘bright’ in Brighton. Not to say that my stay was anything less than wonderful. Just offering a perspective . ✌️

radiator in bathroom needs bleeding, very small area got warm…at the top; BBC 2 tv didn’t really work broke up in transmission ; although basically clean there was a tired smell when you first entered the apartment. maybe the long- pile rugs could do with cleaning / replacement. sound transmission from the property above was very noisy- footfall, banging and could hear conversations

Great location, very close to the beach as well as many shops and pubs etc! Beautifully decorated, and loved the courtyard was such a nice touch! Staff friendly and helpful.

- There was a problem picking keys up as we were sent the wrong code, however once we called up was sorted quickly! - Can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs flat as though theyre in the same room. - Was unable to use dvd player due to no instructions.

Location was good. Inside flat clean. bedroom fine. bed comfy. Nice bathroom though no Curtain or blind. Kitchen fine. Fresh milk would have been nice but little pots ok. Communication was friendly through emails.

Outside was untidy. Steps down to flat and patio area dirty . Old cigarette butts. No table in lounge. Only a cover over a fold up bed ! Light fitting on ceiling hanging loose. They promptly got us a new kettle and put a bulb in light. Flashing lights in lounge ! Electrics ??The flat was a bit noisy with footsteps and noises from above flat. Washing machine on late at night . I couldn’t find a hair dryer. Maybe there was one ??? No mattress cover on bed.
