The bright vacation apartment in the South Tyrolean farm Nockerhof is situated in a sunny panoramic position at the foot of the Gantkofel and impresses with its comfortable furnishing in natural wood construction. The bright and spacious apartment has a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and offers space for a total of 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. The air conditioning can be used free of charge for a maximum of 10 hours; please contact the homeowner if you would like to use it for longer.
Enjoy the wonderful view over the Eschtal valley from the covered terrace, appropriate garden furniture is available. In the evening you can end the day with a glass of wine at the warm wood stove. The newly renovated Nockerhof is located in Andrian on the South Tyrolean Wine Road in the Eschtal Valley between Bolzano (Bozen) and Merano (Meran). Restaurants are within walking distance of 7-8 minutes (450-600 m), bars and cafes are about 5 minutes by car (2,5 km) away. A supermarket can be found directly on site in about 8 minutes (650 m), a local bakery can be reached in 6 minutes (3 km) by car. In only 20 minutes (22 km) by car you can reach the beautiful spa town of Merano (Meran) with its medieval old town. Also Bolzano (Bozen) with its many cultural sights is only 20 minutes by car (15 km) away.
