Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) Queen beds with private lanai with ping pong table.
The 4th bedroom with (2) TwinXLs that can be joined to make a King (with a gel topper included).
An additional Rollaway can be brought for an 11th person (best suited for a child)
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 8 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large unbelievably comfortable couches in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Enjoy views of the Mauna Lani golf course and distant Kohala mountain from the lanai. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

I could not have asked for a better property to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday with our family! Everyone audibly gasped when they walked into the house for the first time. The grand living space is so beautiful and made group breakfasts and dinners a breeze. You enter the house on the second level where the living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room, balcony with outdoor dining and bbq, and finally the second room with an en suite. The other three bedrooms are located downstairs. Each room was spacious and beautifully decorated. All 8 adults were comfortable in their respective rooms. The larger resort community is incredible. The beach club was perfect for a beach day and we spent two days just doing that. There is a black sand beach on the resort that is a must see! There is a grocery store walking distance from the house with everything you could need for your stay. The gated community that the house is in was also amazing. We loved the pool and jacuzzi facility. We would 100% stay here again if we find ourselves on the Big Island.

Everything about the house was amazing. The community pool was a huge disappointment. It started out crystal clear, but as the week went on it got greener and greener. You could see the film on top of the green water from sunscreen, lotion, hair products. Every time we swam, there were clumps of hair. We love pools on vacation and this is a big deterrent.

We had a great stay at both the Daydream Villa and Serenity Villa at Kamilo. there were 21 of us so it took both properties which were just across the street from one another.Both homes were beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for grabbing, coffee, groceries and easy access to the nearby beaches. Communication with property managers was easy-any questions were answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
