These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. AT, and check-out time is 10 a.m. AT. The nearest airport to La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is Reina Beatrix International Airport (AUA) which is 10.0 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Security guard located at the front gate to handle telephone calls and late arrivals.
Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.

Aruba ED Card:
Aruba’s Embarkation and Disembarkation card is required for admittance to Aruba as a visiting tourist. The online ED program offers an easy option to complete the registration/application process prior to planned travel to Aruba. Areas of the resort will be under construction from July to October 2021. During this project some noise, dust and contractors can be expected. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Other notes:
Please be aware this resort has limited Vacation Club inventory and therefore may not be able to move rooms to accommodate special requests. In addition, during December to April, La Cabana runs at full capacity. Due to the high utilization, special requests will not be honored. Although all rooms are wheelchair accessible, no rooms have wheelchair shower accessibility.

The resort is nice but we were overall disappointed with the experience. Upon check in, our reservation could not initially be located which was unsettling. The clerk was eventually able to find the reservation after calling “Bluegreen.” We then learned that we would need to vacate our room by 10am the next day and would be put in another room by 4pm. This prevented us from unpacking and buying groceries until we moved to the new room. I was not pleased to have no room for several hours despite paying for an 8 night reservation. It felt like we lost a day. We were told by the staff that this is common practice when booking this resort through VRBO. There was also extensive construction going on at the resort that we were not made aware of when we booked. The property manager did contact me days before our stay and offered an extra night stay, preceding our reservation, at no charge but our flights had already been booked months earlier so it was of no value to us.
