Villa Can Bach

The villa is really spacious and in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Pollença, which is a lovely town full of great restaurants, cafes and shops. The villa and pool were really clean and the pool was a perfect temperature. Other reviews had said that equipment in the kitchen was lacking but we found it fine, with bin liners, dishwasher tablets, kitchen spray etc. There was also a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The air con in the bedrooms worked very well. Other reviews had mentioned mosquitoes being a problem but we took plug in repellant devices for the bedrooms and didn’t see a single one. Dickinson Villas were great to deal with; really efficient and helpful. They hired parasols for us and arranged a place for us to leave our luggage and have a shower after going to the beach before our late flight home. Would definitely use this agency again. Porto Pollenca was only 15 minutes drive away and Formentor a beautiful 30 minute drive. Recommend this location.

It needs some more parasols to use with the sunbeds on the terrace by the pool. There is an outdoor table with a parasol in the centre, but this cannot be removed to use without the table, and would not have worked for us as a family of four to enjoy the pool with some shade. It was very hot when we were there and there is no shade by the pool in the afternoons. Dickinson Villas helped us to hire two parasols which were delivered in time for our arrival, but this was an extra cost. The sunbeds are also quite uncomfortable. We had a great stay though; these aren’t big issues.

Fantastic location quiet surroundings but short walk to wonderful Pollenca, plenty of outside space, excellent pool, nice gardens, plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture. Large villa with good kitchen.

Wifi was slow and unreliable, would not have wanted to do any work from here. Very limited TV channels - couldn't watch world cup 🙈.

Nice pool, great view of the town and mountains. quite close to walk into town and it’s only a short 2 minutes on the busy road, so very manageable. Friendly owner who gave us fruit from the tree and brought a fan over for us.

Very basic kitchen. Bed in the master bedroom was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately there were lots of mosquitos at that time in mallorca so we could use the outside area much. The management company also took a while to respond to enquiries.
