One of the best properties we have ever stayed at.Super clean, fully equipped for our needs and very well maintained. The master suite is huge with a comfy bed, large bathroom and spacious closet area.The kitchen has all the appliances we could ever want, including multiple coffee makers. There is plenty of counter space too.The outside area is as good as it gets, with an immaculate pool. The spa heats quickly, and the putting green is good fun. There is also a corn hole set.The location is ideal, on a quiet residential street but not far from restaurants, shops and all the other attractions Havasu has to offer.Would we stay here again ? You bet we would !Many thanks to Rick for his hospitality.

House was very clean and host was super easy to deal with and answer any questions we had about the rental. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This truly is the best place to stay! The host is amazing and fantastic communication. The pool is fabulous and my boys love the golf area. As we have stayed here before, we can’t wait to come back!
