About this apartment rental
Very roomy yet cozy and private top floor corner condo at 4,565 feet. Beautiful long range mountain views in a sought after, secluded location with only six condos. This is as private as it gets without renting a house. Relax to the sounds of the creek out back and enjoy a constant breeze keeping the air cool and fresh. Half a mile drive or a quarter mile walk from skiing, favorite hiking trails, and several restaurants - this location could not be more convenient.
Play or ski all day, then relax in a quiet and peaceful setting while enjoying beautiful mountain and creek views from the deck. Fiber high-speed wifi (100 Mbps), Netflix, and Disney+ provided for your enjoyment, as well as a blu-ray DVD player in case you would like to bring your favorite movies along. A well stocked kitchen should provide everything you need to cook dinner in or kick back and have take out, and a washer and dryer will keep you going even if you packed a little light.
New furniture, carpet, bed and bath linens, mattresses, and pillows; very little in the condo was not replaced this summer. Zippered pillow protectors and double mattress protectors on all beds.
You will not find a better location for couples or families to enjoy everything Beech Mountain has to offer!
Reserved parking for one vehicle only. Maximum occupancy four adults; or five total guests including children.
** No pets or smoking please. Security camera is in use covering the front door and porch for safety, security, and insurance purposes. A second camera is mounted on the rear of the condo with no view of the condo - only a view of the creek!
Per the ADA and VRBO policy, emotional support animals ("ESAs") are not considered an ADA service animal and are not permitted. If you have a properly trained service dog, please contact me as we will need the documentation and vet records. They must be on a leash at all times and never left in the condo alone, and are not permitted on any furniture or linens.
*** WINTER: 4WD/AWD/Snow chains HIGHLY recommend during snow season. Local teams do a great job keeping main roads clear, but that can take hours some days and they do not clear side roads. There is a slope in and out of the condo's parking lot as well. Local service stations sell chains but can sell out. If you are not already setup for snow/ice, please order chains before your trip to avoid delays and possibly getting stuck! Etrailer.com has good sets for under $100 for most vehicles and ships very quickly.

I took my son and his friend snow skiing for the first time. The condo was super convenient to Beech Mountain. Coming back to the condo after a full day of skiing was the best. We had ample space, all the kitchen amenities and a wonderful time all around! Highly recommend!

From booking to having to return home the best communication with an owner. Thank you Stuart for allowing us to enjoy your mountain getaway. After a traumatic event at the beginning of the year,this hit the nail on the head for total relaxation. The home was exactly what was described. The sound of the creek was amazing! We hope to return to this hidden gem.

The condo was easy to get to and was just as pictured. It was spotless and had all the conveniences of home. We felt very comfortable there and look forward to a spring visit so that we can leave the door open and listen to the running stream below. The owner/manager, Stuart was quick to respond to questions prior to arrival. We had to shift our dates a little due to a death in the family and he not only accommodated us but upon arrival, there was a sympathy card waiting for us. So kind. Sharon
