Sehr nette,aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Klar die Wohnung sieht aus, wie aus den Siebzigern, keine Frage, aber es war sauber und ordentlich. Habe mich in meine Kindheit zurück versetzt gefühlt und das in positiven Sinne.
Das Strom, Wasser, Heizung noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden mussten, man muss schon ca fünfzig bis hundert Euro mit einplanen, je nachdem, wann man dorthin fährt, ob Winter oder Sommer.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber.
Habe über Booking gebucht für eine Festpreis der mir bei der Buchung bestätigt wurde. Der preis hat mit dem tatsächlichen Kosten nichts zu tun. Es kommen extra kosten dazu. Bettwäsche Handtücher pro Person 15€ Entreinigung 40€ Pauschale für Strom Wasser Heizung 40€. Am Abreisetag werden dann die Zähler wieder abgelesen. Habe für 3 Tage 10,25€ nachgezahlt zu den 40€ das heißt in 3 Tagen Nebenkosten von 50,25€ = 120,25€ Mehrkosten für 3 Tage

Buitenkant ziet er mooi uit. De kamers zijn ruim.
Er waren extra kosten voor energie en schoonmaak (40 euro!). De meubels waren gedateerd. De bank was bijvoorbeeld doorgezakt. Er was geen afzuiger wat koken niet heel aangenaam maakt. De eigenaren waren heel voorzichtig met hun spullen en hadden overal briefjes met instructies liggen. Hierdoor konden we ons niet gemakkelijk in het huis bewegen, bang om iets vies of stuk te maken.
