Zanzi apartment is located in the heart of Athens, just 30 meters from Psirri square, at a lively pedestrian street on the hippest neighborhood of Athens. It is a brand new 1-bedroom property of 60 m2, that started welcoming guests in June 2020. Within a short walk (3 minutes), there is Monastiraki square and its famous flea market as well as the Monastiraki metro station from you can catch metro lines 1 and 3 (the 3rd one is coming from the airport).
The Space:
The interior of Zanzi apartment is elegantly decorated, based on wooden furniture and pieces of art. The bedroom and the rest of the apartment’s areas are bathed in natural sunlight which is coming through its big windows.
The cozy bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a double closet for heavy travelers, and a 26” Smart TV. The modern bathroom consists of a spacious walk-in shower and an enormous mirror.
The rest of the apartment is an open plan area with a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. In the sitting room, a sofa is right across a 42” Smart TV.
The Neighborhood:
This, one of a kind apartment, is located on the 1st floor of a fully renovated building at a lively pedestrian road. is on the first floor of a fully renovated building, accessible by stairs as well as an elevator.
On a walking distance, you can find a mini-market, the metro station, bus stations, and a train station. Een gezellig appartementje op de 1e verdieping boven een restaurant in een gezellig straatje.
Het betalen was wat ‘gedoe’ omdat dat niet via VRBO ging en we het niet meteen helemaal vertrouwden. Maar dat ging uiteindelijk prima. Communicatie met het verhuurbedrijf verliep voornamelijk via Whatsapp. We kregen duidelijke instructies en konden zo zelf heel makkelijk het appartement binnen. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en het bed sliep prima.
Openbaar vervoer is vlakbij en de wijk barst van de restaurantjes en koffie bars.
Enige nadeel is dat in het weekend er in de naast gelegen barren de muziek hard aan gaat en tot diep in de nacht blijft gaan. Dat kwam onze nachtrust niet bepaald ten goede.
