Exquisitely designed and beautifully furnished, our magnificent Sidewalk Grand House is our largest and most luxurious apartment.
With 5 spacious bedrooms (4 en suite) the stunning 4 story house with big windows on each floor allows the house to be flooded with light and the unique energy of the Acropolis area while commanding views stretch out over the Acropolis. Furnished with comfortable beds swathed in high quality cotton linens and ultra comfortable mattresses, all bedrooms can be characterized as the master one.
Additional accommodation includes 2 dining areas (indoor outdoor) with seating for eight people, one fully equipped kitchen on the main floor and another one on the ground floor combined both with comfortable living areas. This house offers a true ‘sense of place’. The Grand House can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

As others have said, the location & spaciousness of this property are perfect! It was nicely decorated & suited our needs.Other things we appreciated were soft towels, comfortable beds, & good water pressure.Where I feel this townhouse needs help is with updates, additions, & repairs. I want to preface these observations by saying that I did not mention them to the management company as we were only there for 2 nights. Moreover, these are not complaints so much as a wish to provide constructive feedback.Some examples of issues to address include:* The door handle to the top bedroom came off and we had to call another member of our party to come let us out!* The cover to the hot tub is torn & is difficult to open & close due to the fact that you can't walk all the way around it. More imortantly though is that it doesn't heat up enough. We set it to 104 degrees, but it only ever felt luke-warm* We saw what appeared to be black mould on the ceiling of the top & a bit on the door frame of that bathroom. This is dangerous and should be remedied ASAP.* Nice to have blackout curtains in the top bedroom, but they're made irrelevant when there is a sky light & partial glass-block wall that have no shade or curtain covering them.* On the other balcony, the chairs are broken & it would be nice to have cushions for the concrete benches,* Slow drain in shower; shudder on shower window should be eliminated so that it can be opened to let out steam.

10 min walk from the acropolis entrance and local metro and flea market. Location is great!
It’s a 4 story home. The bottom has one bedroom, a bathroom and a small living area. The second has the right living room and kitchen, and an en suite Ed room. The third has two en suites and the last floor has an en-suite and it’s the only room with access to the hot tub and terrace. The terrace has a nice view of the acropolis but it isn’t huge, it can seat maybe about 6-7 people comfortably. The hot tub seems a bit out of place, we didn’t use it. The bathrooms could use some care since we did notice white a bit of mold growing on the shower floors and walls. The Ventilation in the bathrooms might be the issue. Overall, it served its purpose of proving us a great location.

Loved this place. Big with 5 rooms and many bathrooms. Great share for multiple families. Hot tub fun for the kids. Location is awesome, walkable to all the touristy stuff.
