About this apartment rental
The apartment is bright, welcoming, and practically furnished in a Nordic style. It’s located on the top floor of a former farmhouse. The view stretches across the surrounding fields to the Baltic Sea.
Our own (varied) experiences as vacationers served as our guide when furnishing the space. If every available space were filled with knickknacks, our guests wouldn’t have room for the things they brought with them. We consider sharp kitchen knives more important than sherry glasses, and good mattresses more useful than toilet seat covers. However, if you find that something is missing, we can usually help out.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to the natural beach in Süssau, which features a pier and a small beach promenade. There are a few restaurants there.
You can get fresh rolls at the “Dorflädchen,” among other places.
There is no visitor’s tax in Süssau. There’s a large, free parking lot right in front of the dike.
Find a quiet spot for your lounge chair, gather with friends around the grill, or play with your kids on the big lawn: Our garden offers plenty of space to run around, relax, and celebrate.
When it gets a bit cooler outside, our guests can gather comfortably in the common room. There are also games available indoors.
You can safely store bicycles, surfboards, fishing gear, and anything else you’d like to bring.
Coin-operated washers and dryers ensure that no one has to worry about a little dirt.
Bed linens and towels are provided upon request.

Es stimmt alles. Wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung im letzten Augenblick bekommen, aber für diese Größe war alles perfekt. Besser hätte man den Platz nicht nutzen können. Absolut sauber und frisch. Die Möglichkeiten zum Spielen für Kinder (sowohl draußen als drinnen) sind überwältigend.
Man merkt, da lebt jemand seinen Traum. :)

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
Angefangen bei der freundlichen Begrüßung, bis zur Verabschiedung war alles Bestens.
Ein sehr schönes Anwesen, mit viel Platz drumherum, zum Grillen, Sonnen, Spielen .....
Ideal für alle Altersgruppen, ob mit Kindern oder mit Hunden.
Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit 10 minütigem Weg zum Strand.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben nunmehr unser fünftes Silvester an der Ostsee verbracht und genießen es immer wieder. Dieses Jahr hat es uns nach Süssau auf den Emilienhof verschlagen. Ein wirklich schönes, großes Anwesen mit einem wunderbaren Garten zum Spielen für Kinder. Unsere Ferienwohnung war schnuckelig klein und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und auch die nächsten Orte zum Einkaufen lassen sich gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichen.
