About this house rental
This coastal delight will have you minutes from many of the local attractions.
A short 700 metre stroll to the popular Balnarring Village where you will find some of the areas favorite restaurants and cafes.
The Beach is a 6 minute drive away, making those quick trips home a breeze.
This home boasts large Bi Fold Doors, opening from both the kitchen and lounge room. These areas flows to an expansive deck, home to a large BBQ, undercover dining, casual seating area and an outdoor shower.
A few steps up onto the lawn and you find yourself under the beauty of a wise old Gum tree with a large Wooden swing for the young and young at heart. A 12 Ft Trampoline to keep the kids entertained, and a seated Fire Pit area to make the most of your evenings outdoors.
To the rear of the yard, the resident Chickens housed in their Self Maintained Coop lay fresh eggs daily which our guests are welcome to enjoy. No maintenance required.
Back inside, a Large Kitchen and 3 living areas including a TV/Games room for Children or Teens to enjoy.
Netflix accessibility in both the TV room and the Lounge.
Gas Log fire & Ducted Heating and Cooling to keep you comfortable all year round.
This home to 2 story dwelling.
Upstairs is used for Owners storage only and will not be accessible.

We had a fantastic week at this property for Christmas. I cannot fault a thing with this property and the location, absolutely gorgeous and the owner Claire has been a dream to deal with throughout the process.
