About this house rental
Large four bedroom, three full bathrooms pool home in gated community , 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, near major Golfing.
Fully loaded with dishes, linen, towels, free cable and wifi. If you need a gas BBQ grill you can call and rent one for $80 per week.
Private pool with no rear neighbors, can be heated at extra charge.
Ronald Reagan road is on other side of brick wall behind home so you will hear traffic.
Master room has king bed, second room has queen bed, then two rooms with double twin beds.
Please note if you paid for pool heat, and temps outside drop below 50 degrees the pool heater can not heat pools.
pool can be heated for $30 per day and payable locally after you book.
Please note the driveway holds two cars this development does not allow for street parking if they come through at night and find you after 10 PM parked on the street they will tow your car we have no control over this this is the HOA rules.
Please when staying put garbage can out sunday afternoon for early pick up on monday.
Recycle is to be put out thursday afternoon for friday morning pick up.

For the most part the home was clean. One of the kids rooms had old candy under the bed with bugs found. Minimal toilet paper and laundry detergent were left as well. House was as described with the rest of the home being clean.

All in all this was a great place to stay especially since they ain’t have all them cameras like other places have and the host reply back fast ….it was a beautiful home and experience definitely 10/10

Traffic noise from highway was loud throughout the night and early morning. Couch has stains and bedding looked dirty and old. Dyer doesn’t work good had to run two cycles to dry clothes every time. TVs were small and had trouble with remotes. Suggest update living room furniture to larger more comfortable set and replace all blankets and sheets. Pillows were flat and not fluffy. Also suggest add a security system for protection of guest property when away from home.
