About this house rental
This is a Penty (traditional fisherman's house), rated 3 stars, furnished with care in the marine spirit. It has a patio leading to an enclosed garden, full of flowers, which gives it an incomparable charm and a much appreciated tranquillity.
On the ground floor is the living room (the fireplace is closed off), the open-plan kitchen and the bathroom.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people (2 single beds 140/190). There is a private parking space behind the house. A bay is 50 metres away and beaches are between 2 and 10 kilometres away.
The main room has 3 gentle heat radiators to keep the house cosy in winter.
A TNT decoder allows you to receive French and German channels.
Wifi access is unlimited.
In addition to the rent, the following charges will be billed:
Water: 2.0 Euros/m3
Electricity: €0.20/kW
Cleaning on departure: 50 Euros (compulsory)
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per single bed
Towels on request: €5/person

We had a wonderful stay in Rostellec. This cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed for our two-week holiday in Brittany. It was great to have a washing machine, a full oven and a microwave, none of which are a given in holiday cottages in this price bracket. A big plus is the garden which was not only great for drying our washing but also became our dining room for most of the time we were there. We arrived with two cars, but there was sufficient parking space for both of them next to the cottage. The cottage is a couple of minutes' walk from the beach (pebbles, no sand), a great place to watch the sun go down. The village of "Le Fret" with its own beach (with sand), a couple of nice bars and a great crêperie is about 20 minutes' walk away. The closest supermarket is Leclerc in Crozon which is about 10 minutes' drive from the cottage. The beautiful resort of Morgat is about 15 minutes' drive from the cottage. If we were to criticise anything at all, it would be the bedrooms which each have only one small window and retain the heat at night. Thankfully, each room is equipped with a powerful fan. Although Virginie unfortunately couldn't be there to welcome us on our arrival, communication was good, and we knew that she would be available if any problems had arisen. She was there for our departure, though, and it was lovely to meet her and her dog Madison. We would definitely recommend Virginie's cottage.

Ein gemütliches ehemaliges Fischerhäuschen.
Perfekt eingerichtet, netter Garten und Aussenbereich, absolut ruhig gelegen. Innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten sind die schönen Plätze mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

petite maison très propre et très jolie
la mer n'est pas loin, 100 mètres, il ne s'agit pas d'une plage mais d'une crique avec de la vase, oublier la pèche aux crabes pour les enfants mais cela reste agréable pour respirer l'air iodé
la télé via satellite ne fonctionnait pas - dur dur pour les enfants et pas de possibilité pour la propriétaire de faire les réparations. le wifi nécessite un code à demander , on ne capte pas de réseau dans la maison sauf à l'étage
le hameau reste typique de la région, à visiter
