Private, high capacity washer/dryer
Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week

We loved our stay here. The only complaints: the flickering lights in the bigger bathroom (which can be avoided by using another switch), and the floors/rugs need to be cleaned. Our feet were visibly dirty after walking around barefoot. Otherwise, it was beautifully decorated and spacious. There are multiple pools and hot tubs to use. It is a short drive to downtown Palm. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

The Canyon Shores getaway property was exactly as the pictures. Very well appointed condo, close to multiple pools. Canyon Shores has beautiful grounds.
My only advice would be to bring a box fan - the unit didn't have one so we brought one along and were able to get a nice cross breeze to keep the condo cool with minimal AC use.
