The apartment was extremely clean and very well resourced. Communication with Lilly was good, information regarding access to the property and responses to questions were very prompt.
The only reason we have given the comfort of the beds a neutral comment is due to one of the mattresses having a lump in the middle which probably would benefit from being changed in the future. The mattress on the second bed was comfortable. The apartment is up a hill as is a lot of accommodation in Lanzarote, but we knew this before we arrived so it wasn't a problem.
