La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente con accesibilidad en un radio de máx 15 minutos a zonas de interés: Catedral San francisco de Asis, C.C. Viva, almacenes de cadena, en general, de la zona centro, zona de comida buenas, hogar y cosas que puedes requerir de tu viaje o de reparar.
El hotel es muy limpio, cómodo, la cocina es espectacular, el personal es amable y han sido capacitados para atender eventos.
La habitación que tuvimos muy espaciosa, el aire acondicionado muy bueno.
El único lunar, fue que la ubicación de la habitación daba hacia la calle y sobre la madrugada se escuchaba fuerte bulla (no sé donde) afectando la experiencia de sueño despertando sobre las 3-5am.
