Spacious and incredibly comfortable house, the bed got us a really nice sleep. They even provided laundry detergent and everything was spotless. The location is in a quiet area, easily accessible, and just to the corner is the way for the main attractions (beaches and walks) and also just a few blocks to the shops. Communication was fantastic; they were attentive and helpful throughout. Internet running well. We spent a lovely mini holiday!
Just a couple of details - nothing major, but addressing them would make the stay 100% perfect :-):
* Check-out is very early (10:00AM), if you are there to relax, it's not very pleasant to get up early to pack everything up and tidy up.
* There are a few utensils in the kitchen missing: a cutting board, salad bowls, and a larger pot (only small ones are available), in our case, there was no problem, but I imagine it could be an inconvenience for a larger group.

Spacious, comfy but a bit dated. Well-equipped kitchen, big lounge and dining table, with heaps of opening windows to get the sea breeze. Good having a laundry and clothesline with pegs.
The front and back yards are a shambles! Broken front and side fences, a dilapidated shed, weeds and bare ground, no lids on the bins etc. The outside makes it look like you wouldn’t want to go in. There is no outdoor furniture and nowhere to sit outside.

Location was exactly what we needed, walkable to Jetty/ sunsets and close to grocery store.
The lounge room rug was full of dog fir/ looked although it hadn't been vacuumed. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for cooking, no chopping board and random pots and pans.
