Spacious, comfy but a bit dated. Well-equipped kitchen, big lounge and dining table, with heaps of opening windows to get the sea breeze. Good having a laundry and clothesline with pegs.
The front and back yards are a shambles! Broken front and side fences, a dilapidated shed, weeds and bare ground, no lids on the bins etc. The outside makes it look like you wouldn’t want to go in. There is no outdoor furniture and nowhere to sit outside.

Comfortable rooms, lovely living room area.
A few challenges getting the internet and TV to work. Wish there was a little more soap and more clothes hangers.

Location was exactly what we needed, walkable to Jetty/ sunsets and close to grocery store.
The lounge room rug was full of dog fir/ looked although it hadn't been vacuumed. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for cooking, no chopping board and random pots and pans.
