Located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in HOSSEGOR, our villa—completely renovated in 2020 with the utmost respect for Basque-Landes tradition—is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, right next to the lake (150 m) and 900 m from downtown Hossegor. Its location near all amenities means you can leave your car behind for the duration of your vacation. The ocean beaches are less than a 10-minute bike ride away.

Designed to offer absolute comfort, the spaces and amenities have been conceived and crafted to provide an unparalleled sense of togetherness while preserving the privacy that is sometimes sought after during family vacations.
The amenities and equipment are top-of-the-line. The decor is very tasteful.
On the first floor, the main living area features a superb, fully equipped open kitchen (2 sinks, induction cooktop, 2 dishwashers, a very large American-style refrigerator, wine cooler, 2 ovens—including 1 microwave—a juicer, coffee maker, and food processors). The open kitchen leads to a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, a very comfortable living room with a fireplace, and a dining room that opens onto a large terrace, part of which is shaded by magnificent century-old pine trees. As is traditional, part of the terrace is covered, making it a very pleasant spot to relax, chat, have lunch, cook—in short, to enjoy wonderful, peaceful moments, whatever the weather!
The terrace is equipped with a large dining table, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with a griddle and sinks.
Upstairs, you’ll find a reading room and office area leading to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with hotel-quality bedding and walk-in closets. All beds are king-size (180×200 cm), and two of them can be separated into twin beds measuring 90×200 cm.
Two bedrooms open onto a balcony with an Acapulco chair and a small table nestled among the trees—the perfect spot to admire the squirrels’ dance!
The other two bedrooms, meanwhile, offer a view of the pool (not bad either!)
The upper floor features two bathrooms with marble-clad walls, each equipped with a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted vanity with double sinks topped by backlit mirrors. One of the bathrooms also features a large bathtub.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautifully landscaped setting.
The saltwater-treated pool is heated and features a safety system with a sliding deck, ensuring your complete peace of mind and providing a removable terrace. A heated outdoor shower is located nearby for rinsing off.
A full-size bocce court measuring 11 m × 4 m will allow you to enjoy wonderful moments during your vacation.
Next to it, a bike shed provides a sheltered place to park your bikes, and its mini outdoor shower also lets you rinse the excess sand off your feet.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our private concierge, who will conduct the check-in and check-out inspections and will be at your disposal to ensure you have a fabulous vacation.
