My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend at the beach. The house was perfect, spacious, inviting, and comfortable. The elevated porch was such a joy to sit and enjoy the waves breaking.

Perfect place to slow down and enjoy a quiet beach. The house was perfect for my wife and three kids and could have easily accommodated a few more. There are nice places to eat on the Bolivar Peninsula and if you want finer dining, Galveston is a ferry ride away. The ferry was busy on the weekends but not much wait any other time. The beach buggy we rented was a nice way to tour the beach, even better at low tide.

The home is beautiful and cozy with a beautiful view of the ocean. Host was responsive and it was a lovely stay!
No complaints but one suggestion is to put coverings on the bedroom door to feel more secure. We taped wrapping paper to the window.
