Appartement spacieux et confortable, à privilégier pour 4 couples ou 2 couples avec des enfants . Prix correcte pour cet appartement.
Le parking pour stationner les véhicules n'était pas approprié , seulement sur la rue privative. L'annonce "my way parking Included " est mensonger. L'appartement est vétuste et demande à être rénové. Prévoir changement du lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas et le four dont la porte ne tient plus.

The view was great and the beds were comfortable and clean. The negatives explain the cheap price.
The property is long overdue some maintenance, redecoration and a deep clean. This place is ok for a group of adults looking for cheap accommodation 10-15 minutes walk to the beach.

La casa es muy grande , tiene vistas al mar pero está muy mal conservada, es una pedazo de casa como para tenerla mal cuidada. Las camas son cómodas. Al ser una zona residencial privada no hay problema de aparcamiento.
Cuando llegamos había comida abierta en la nevera y en el congelador, todo muy sucio así que entiendo que no han limpiado antes de que entrásemos, ropa que se habían dejado en una secadora, cristales en el suelo del salón, la vecina de arriba que te riega mientras te tomas un café en la terraza por la mañana … no volvería a esta casa por muy grande que sea.
