1. Hard-Working Staff – The biggest praise goes to the staff. They work incredibly hard in difficult conditions, and they deserve 5 stars for their effort and patience. 2. Children’s Area in the Main Restaurant – A brilliant idea! Kids can enjoy their own space while parents eat. 3. Kids’ Facilities – Fantastic children’s park, play area, zipline, and wooden adventure structures. The pool with slides is clean and well maintained. 4. Entertainment – Similar to most resorts in Turkey — nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. Kids and adults both had fun. 5. Good Location for Our Room – We were lucky to get a spot near the pool, which made things easier. Good size of room. 6. Lovely Beach – The beach is very pleasant, with small pebbles mixed with sand — a nice combination. No big rocks. Sea and pool water were warm and inviting.

Minuses (Where It Needs to Improve) 1. Not Truly 5-Star Quality – Despite the advertising, it’s far from 5 stars standards. Expect solid GOOD 3-star service and facilities, not luxury. 2. main restaurant Area Heat – Whoever designed the main restaurant clearly never considered the climate. It’s like a sauna — guests are sweating, and staff have to work in this heat all day. 3. Restaurant Seating with a View – Nearly impossible to get a table with a view. Out of maybe 50 tables, they’re always taken. In 7 days, we didn’t get one single meal there — breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 4. Dinner Timing Issue – Dinner runs from 19:00 to 21:00. If you arrive at 19:00, be prepared for a long queue to get fish meat ,watermelon at least 20 minutes). If you come at 20:30, there’s no queue but the food is already picked over, and by 20:50 they’re clearing everything away. 5. No Complimentary Ice Cream or Baklava – Even at dinner, none is included. You have to pay extra in the on-site shop. For a hotel claiming 5 stars, that’s disappointing. 6. Main Pool Condition – Slightly smelly and not as well maintained as it should be, though this might be due to guest behavior rather than staff negligence. 7. Russian/Turkish Guest Dominance – many of guests are Russian-speaking, with only a small mix of other Europeans. If you enjoy that culture, you’ll be fine. If not — beware. Many guests are loud, often drunk in the evenings, singing and dancing at the main bar. Personally, not my style. 8. Hilly Location – The hotel is on a steep hill. It’s a real workout to climb, and completely unsuitable for families with strollers, people with mobility issues, or anyone who doesn’t want a mini hiking trip every day.

My family and I really enjoyed the wide variety of activities available on site, which meant we didn’t need to go out or spend extra money. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and each area was well set up to offer its own unique experience.

My family and I were really happy with everything overall. However, there were a couple of instances where we were waiting for our turn to order, but Turkish-speaking guests were served before us. At times, it felt like Turkish guests were given priority simply because of the language. Aside from that, everything else was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our experience.

Большая территория отеля и собственный выход к пляжу. Не нужно переходить через дорогу, чтобы попасть к морю. Но приходится походить пешком и до ресторана и до детских горок.

Отель старый! В 1995 году возможно он и был 5 звезд, сейчас максимум 3. Мебель старая, лежаки на пляже просто караул, посуда в ресторане старая. За неделю проживания ни разу не выдали ни воду, ни колу в холодильнике в номере (хотя были обязаны). Еда и напитки стандартные для 3-х звезд. Отношение персонала, нам повезло не нарваться на хамство. Бассейны с битой плиткой, мебель в баре самая дешевая пластиковая. Интернет платный, но можно договориться на ресепшн и выторговать на всю семью по цене одного человека.
