Lovely apartment in perfect location close to the beach
Great location, comfortable beds, balcony, free parking, lovely and clean
WiFi wasn’t working for our stay, kitchen could have been slightly better equipt (e.g. no pan lids or colander, so it was difficult to drain boiling water). Also could have done with a bath mat - although we needed to bring towels, that hadn’t crossed our minds…but overall these things didn’t detract from a great stay and the owner contacted me in advance to inform us about the WiFi issue, which was helpful

Great location, disappointing apartment and a very aggressive host. Would not recommend.
The location was great
The apartment was not as modern as suggested. The apartment owner / representative was aggressive, rude and threatening when I checked out 11 minutes after the specified deadline. I let the owner / representative I was running late due to an emergency with my young child. My wife and children were left visibly upset after the incident.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would consider staying there again.
The location of the property is excellent and is only a short distance from the seafront or town facilities. The locked parking removes the need for searching for a Paid Parking place, just make sure you park in the correct space to avoid conflict with the neighbours. Overall the apartment is very well equipped/appointed especially the kitchen.
We were only informed at the last moment of the additional and Obligatory 40 Euro charge CASH for Cleaning. Despite talking to Booking.com, at length, and looking ourselves on the details/conditions for booking the apartment, we could not find any mention of this charge. We have stayed at other apartments in Le Touquet, booked through Booking.com, and the price was always Fully Inclusive. You need to bear this in mind when comparing the overall cost of renting the apartment. Whilst the kitchen and bathroom areas of the apartment are clean, tidy and modern, the faded couch and 'shabby chic' look of the furniture in the lounge area does not match, and gives a somewhat 'tired' appearance. Also both the bedrooms and lounge area could do with a thorough cleaning, as both were extremely dusty. Anyone with any sort of mobility issues may find the steep and twisting internal staircase difficult to manage especially if trying to carry any luggage.
