Очень красивая территория и интерьер отеля. Персонал профессиональный и вежливый. Обязательно вернусь еще при необходимости.
Вода не всегда горячая в горячем кране. Возможно стоить продумать бойлеры.

Вежливый персонал . В гостинице чисто и уютно , свежая белоснежная постель и полотенца. Вкусный завтрак .
Нет лифта на второй этаж , чемодан тащить тяжеловато .

Большой просторный номер. Не понравилось то, что шумно. С утра стуки бряки, видимо персонал начинает работать и все слышно. Я была на первом этаже и все слышала.
Не понравился персонал. Без инициативные незаинтересованые люди. Никто не предупредил, что в номере автоматически шторы открываются, утром они меня разбудили своим движением. При заезде обычно принято объяснять клиентам что где находится, что есть, какие услуги входят, во сколько завтрак и до скольки. Этой информации никто не сказал. Вечером уже сама пошла спросила во сколько и до скольки завтрак, так как планировала выспаться, но шторы же активные, про которые не сказали. Кто-то вкладывает деньги в свой бизнес, а кто-то просто сидит штаны протирает на рабочем месте.
